Two ways in. Discord is quicker for anything operational; email leaves a record, which is what you want for takedowns, privacy requests and anything about an account.
Something isn't working
Broken page, a listing that won't load, a Discord bot that stopped converting. The Discord is faster than email and usually friendlier.
Blocked or suspended
If the site says it can't verify your browser, or your account has been suspended, those pages carry a reference code — send it with your message and we can find the actual log line.
Takedowns and rights
Copyright, a listing you want removed, or a data request under the privacy policy. Email, so there's a record.
API and integrations
Keys are self-serve on the developer page. If your use case doesn't fit a tier, ask — we'd rather answer that than have you work around us.
